In June 2025 Thirsk Rotary members were invited to support and mentor one of four teams of 6th form students, with each team tasked to plan, organise and host a cohort of 50 invited guests for an evening of fun and fund raising.
The teams were also asked to raise sponsorship from local businesses. The event is was incredibly successful in raising £30,000 which will be used to improve the outdoor facilities for all students at Thirsk School.
